This is a total body conditioning workout for time strapped women who want to get back in shape after having a baby. Classes combine fitness walking, body conditioning exercises and stretches. The classes are adapted to suit all fitness levels, especially women new to exercise. The workout can help with
Classes are suitable for women from after their post natal check (six to ten weeks) and women with babies up to 12 months old. One-to-one sessions or small group classes are available.
